Refund Policy

Cancellation 

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours will receive a credit toward a future rental. No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows (15-minute grace period).

Stolen or damaged goods

Customers are responsible for any rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during their rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the item’s value.

If your rental is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen personal circumstances, we offer a full credit toward a future booking.
While we do not issue refunds in these cases, exceptions may be considered depending on the nature of the situation.
