Delivery Within Red Deer: Need it delivered? We offer delivery within Red Deer city limits for just $15.

Delivery Outside Red Deer: Going further? We deliver to locations up to 50 km outside Red Deer for an additional $40 charge.
Delivery is subject to availability and must be arranged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours will receive a credit toward a future rental. No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows (15-minute grace period).
Damaged or Lost Items Policy
Customers are responsible for any rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during their rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the item’s value.
Rental Duration
We offer flexible rental options to fit your adventure! Choose a Half-Day Rental (up to 4 hours, available for paddleboards) or a Full-Day Rental (up to 10 hours) for tubes, paddleboards, and inflatable islands. Rentals are booked by the day, giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace.
When using rental equipment off-site, customers are responsible for choosing safe locations and using the equipment responsibly. Always wear your PFD, monitor weather and water conditions, and avoid alcohol or drug use while on the water. Proper care and safe handling of all equipment is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable day.
